Payment You can pay by card with 'Google Checkout' or by cheque with 'Cheque Checkout'. If paying by cheque delivery will made when cheque has been cleared.

What you see is what you get We can assure you that what you see and read about our products on our website is exactly what we deliver. We never substitute any goods for something similar.
Delivery We deliver UK wide within 7 days. If an item is out of stock or we are unable to deliver within 7 days we will notify you as soon as possible so you can change or cancel your order.
A delivery charge will be added to each order based on total order value. The delivery cost (packaging and delivery) can be clearly seen in the 'Basket' and is also included in the 'Total' at the top of the webpage. The delivery charge structure corresponds to the true cost of delivery including packaging and insurance. Plants and pots are delicate items and need to be handled with the utmost care. When delivered by a courier everything has been carefully packed in protective packaging.
On orders that involve heavy or big items or where access is restricted the delivery charge may be higher or we may not be able to deliver to your area. You will then be notified as soon as possible to be able to change or cancel your order if you wish. Please inform us if access is restricted or difficult.
Parcelforce deliveries: If there is no-one at the delivery address and Parcelforce cannot leave safe you can always arrange a redelivery at no extra cost. Receiving a parcel from Parcelforce.
Pallet deliveries: If there is no-one at the delivery address we may leave the goods at the delivery address at your risk. It's important that you instruct us where to leave the goods if you cannot be at the delivery address. Please inform us if access is restricted or difficult.
Terrace Gardener timed deliveries: If there is no-one at the delivery address at the agreed delivery time we may leave the goods at the delivery address at your risk. Cancellation/Return policy/Change of order You can cancel or change your order 48 hours before the goods have been despatched at no cost. If you are unhappy with your goods you can return them if you notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods. You have to arrange and pay for the return of the goods to us within 28 days of cancellation. For a full refund excluding all delivery costs goods have to be returned in the same condition as when delivered and must not have been used in any display. Ready planted pots and planters cannot be returned.
Damaged/Defective goods Everything we deliver has been thoroughly inspected. However, if you receive any damaged or defective goods from us you will get a replacement or full refund by returning the goods within 28 days. To be able to compensate for any damage during pallet transit it's important that you inspect the goods on delivery and report any damage directly to the courier before they leave. Please also inform us as soon as possible in the unlikely event of any damage.
Title of goods Goods remain property of Terrace Gardener until paid for in full.
