Payment
You can pay by card with 'Google Checkout' or by cheque with 'Check Checkout'. If paying by cheque delivery will made when cheque has been cleared.

Prices
All prices on our website include VAT 17.5%.

What you see is what you get
We can assure you that what you see and read about our products on our website is exactly what we deliver. We never substitute any goods for something similar.

Delivery
We deliver within 7 days. If an item is out of stock or we are unable to deliver within 7 days we will notify you as soon as possible so you can change or cancel your order. A delivery charge will be added to each order based on total order value. The delivery charge (shipping) can be clearly seen in the 'Basket' and is also included in the 'Total' at the top of the webpage.

On orders that involve heavy or big items the delivery charge may be higher or we may not be able to deliver to your area. You will then be notified as soon as possible to be able to change or cancel your order if you wish.

If there is nobody at the delivery address at the agreed delivery time we may leave the goods at the delivery address on your responsibility. It is therefore important thay you instruct us where to leave the goods if you are not at the delivery address.

UK delivery areas

Cancellation/Return policy/Change of order
You can cancel or change your order 48 hours before the goods have been despatched at no cost. If you are unhappy with your goods you can return them if you notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods. You have to arrange and pay for the return of the goods to us within 28 days of cancellation. For a full refund excluding delivery costs and repotting costs goods have to be returned in the same condition as when delivered and must not have been used in any display.

Damaged/Defective goods
Everything we deliver has been thoroughly inspected. However, if you receive any damaged or defective goods from us you will get a replacement or full refund by returning the goods within 28 days.

Title of goods
Goods remain property of Terrace Gardener until paid for in full.

Privacy guaranteed
We never disclose, lease or sell on any information about our customers. We carry out most deliveries ourselves and only pass on information for delivery purposes to reputable courier companies.
